1. Services

Meridian Home Management ("Meridian") provides home cleaning, staging, and organization services in the greater Rockford, IL area. Services include The Sanctuary (recurring cleaning), The Market Ready (move-in/out deep clean), and The Project Block (project-based organization). All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are made through our online calendar. Selecting a date and time slot constitutes a request for service. Meridian will confirm your booking via the confirmation page and, where applicable, email or text message. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a reference number.

3. Pricing

Pricing is based on square footage and service type as displayed on our website. Final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person walkthrough or assessment. Estimates provided online are approximate and not binding until confirmed by Meridian.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card (where available). Tips are never expected but always appreciated. Invoices for recurring clients are available upon request.

5. Access to Your Home

Many clients provide a garage code, spare key, or smart lock access. Meridian is fully insured and bonded. All team members are vetted and trained. We treat your home with the same care we'd treat our own. Meridian is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

6. Liability

Meridian carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Meridian is not liable for damage to items left in unsafe conditions, unsecured valuables, or pre-existing conditions.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, phone, email, service address, and booking preferences. This data is stored securely and used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

This site uses local storage in your browser to save your name, phone, and email for convenience during future bookings. No cookies are used for tracking purposes.

8. Communication

By booking a service, you consent to receive communications from Meridian regarding your appointment, including confirmation, reminders, and follow-ups. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

9. Realtor Partner Program

Real estate professionals may apply for partner rates. Partner pricing and benefits are subject to a separate agreement and may be modified with 30 days notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
